Amidst the stars, i fall asleep in the night
With a lot of dreams in my head, just adding to my fright
They say dreams are a reflection of one's sub conscious mind
But the deep secrets of mine, who asked it to find


I see visions of things which i always wanted them to happen
But all these added dreams just become a burden
But also, they feel so good that you would never want to wake up
And they give you an addition to your To Do List club


I believe dreams are made to make you realize what you really want
Anything that you might have missed, just comes and stands upfront
Run away from anything and everything in life
But dreams will chase you like its your wife
Happiness, joy, tears, everything is taken care of
Yes, This is what dreams are made of...

Missing Home

Having to stay away from home, how do u think I feel?
Some say its really hectic, some say its no big deal
Saying is one thing and living is another
When every small thing abt home comes to bother


Miss mom n miss my dad
Miss them whn things are good, or when they go real bad
Miss them when m happy or when am drowned in tears
Miss them through my phases of overcoming fears


Miss my brother who taught me what to do
Anything big or small, he got me through
Never gave a second thought on how things were to be done
All he could care about was how i could have more fun


A very small family, all staying apart
Parents would just want us to come out smart
But success tastes like nothin when they aren around
Only empty happiness all around is found


I wanna get back, get back to them and say
I love you mom and in ur arms i wanna stay
What will i do with the sucess without havin the family to cherish it
I miss having you around and yes I really miss it


They call it being practical but i call it unfair
Enough of lying on bed with the same white ceiling to stare
I want my dad's lap and my brothers teasing to bother me
I wanna get back to being a bird filled with life and is free
A family is what matters the most to me
And that is exactly how i want it to be:)

To b a good sister, daughter and wife

Never had I thought of how my prince would be

But now there are dreams my eyes began to see




Someone just so loving and caring all the time

All his attention and his love wud always be mine

A couple of surprises here and there

Staying somewhere with flowers everywhere




A hug, a gentle kiss to tell me how much i mean

Havin done a mistake he comes out clean

There are so many thoughts which come to me now

I believe such a man exists, just dunno how




I wish to spend a life with someone who knows how to love and express

Havin the above list checked, i wudn mind wearin the white dress

I no its a dream and how often do dreams come true

But I have hope and holding on to it is al I have to do..:)
